Developed as part of the Horizon Europe NexTArc project, this Master's Thesis presents AURA (AI Unified Runtime & Analytics), a distributed MLOps platform engineered to orchestrate the entire lifecycle of AI models across the Edge-Cloud Continuum using IoT Devices. By abstracting hardware-specific deployment complexities and processing inference locally at the edge, AURA enables real-time decision-making with a strict 'Privacy by Design' architecture for sustainable smart cities.
